New World China Land Limited ("NWCL" or "the Group", Hong Kong stock code: 917) is the Mainland China property flagship of New World Development Co Ltd. NWCL is one of the largest and most comprehensive national developers. The Group has been active in the Mainland China property market since the early 1980s and listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since July 1999. Our development portfolio comprises of 40 major projects spanning over 20 high-growth cities.

We develop property project for sale, manage investment property, and operate resort and hotel projects. Property projects encompass residential estate, serviced apartment, villa, office, shopping centre, mixed use complex, resort and hotel. We undertake urban redevelopment project in the old city centre of Beijing, Tianjin and Jinan, develop landmark commercial complex in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Tianjin and Dalian and large-scale residential community in Shenyang, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Changsha and Guiyang, and we operate top-notch resort facilities in Haikou and the Pearl River Delta.
