December 2011 The documentary Discover Happiness invested by New World China Land made its grand premiere in Guangzhou
On Dec. 17, the documentary Discover Happiness themed with owners’ daily life and invested by New World China Land and Huayi Brothers, and produced by Du Haibin Studio, made its grand premiere at Guangzhou Opera House.Discover Happiness showcases eight happy stories of ordinary families from eight cities of NWCL with NWCL property owners or the members of NWCL Club being the leading actors and actresses of the documentary, which was directed and elaborately produced by Director Du Haibin and his studio. Besides, Happiness is Here, the theme song of the documentary created and performed by owners from those eight regions, was also presented through the documentary, and their truehearted and unaffected performance pushed the premiere to the climax.

December 2011 New World China Land won “Best Corporate Citizen Award” and “Happy Community Award”
On Dec. 6, New World China Land won “2011 China Best Corporate Citizen Award” in the “8th China Best Citizens Appraisal” initiated and hosted by  “The 8th China Best Corporate Citizen Award” organized by 21st Century Business Herald and 21st Century Business Review under the national media corporation - 21st Century Newspaper. New World China Land is the only Hong Kong enterprise in the 30 award-winning local and multinational companies.
The judging panel praised and honored New World China Land for its positive contribution to the society, in the aspects such as local sustainable development, and actively participating in social welfare undertakings, promoting the corporate volunteer team. Meanwhile, New World China Land with the representative of Guangzhou Park Paradise community is providing value for owners in supporting, culture, and many other services, in long-term commitment to create a happy community of the New World. New World China Land was awarded by the 21st Century Research Center of GNH the 2011 Happiest Community Practice Case Award, New World China Land is the only Hong Kong enterprise in seven companies in a national wide range.

November 2011 Shenyang New World • Ming Hui Department was topped-off successfully
November 16, the Ming Hui Department project located in the point of juncture of Shenyang Nanjing Nan Street and the Zhonghua Road was declared top-off successfully. New World China Land Shenyang Regional Director Mr. Liu Songcan attended the capping ceremony and delivered speeches. New World • Ming Hui Department is 35 five-story in total height, while the underground floor of skirt building to the five floor on the ground is about 2.3 million square meters of shopping mall, it has been officially determined the Shenyang New World Store will be settled in running a fashion brand Shoppes. The multi-purpose clubs and hanging gardens in the six floor, would specifically provide the distinguished and private member service for the owner of New World • Ming Hui Department. October 2011 Zhuhai Jinhai New World (Cambridge Seashore) was opened during National Day Golden Week
“Zhuhai Jinhai New World (Cambridge Seashore)” developed and constructed by NWCL (Zhuhai) was first open to the outside for sales during National Day Golden Week. There were four buildings totaling more than 200 quality houses this time in which the main house types were two-room of 85 m2 and three-room of 93 m2. During the Golden Week, it has attracted more than 500 groups of customers at site and the presented products were almost sold out, thus making it coming out top in the real estate market in Jinwan District. The project of Zhuhai Jinhai New World (Cambridge Seashore), located at the center of Jinwan District of Zhuhai- the city of romance of China, was adjacent to Jinhai Bridge-the tie connecting Jinwan District and Hengqin District. With 5 km’s golden coastline, there is also a large-sized central water landscape garden with 60,000 m2. Zhuhai Jinhai New World (Cambridge Seashore) Experience Center has been open to the outside on September 21, during which the swimming pool garden and the shopping mall of more than 10,000 m2 were shown.

October 2011 Nanchang New World Primary School has successfully completed the handover ceremony with New World campus of Wanghulu Primary School
In the afternoon of October 19, the handover ceremony between Nanchang New World Primary School which was funded and constructed by NWCL (Shenyang) and New World campus of Wanghulu Primary School was held by Chang Peida, Deputy District Chief of Heping District, Shenyang City. Mr. Liu Songcan, General Manager of Project Management Center of NWCL addressed for the activity and Bureau of Education of of Heping Education District has awarded Mr. Liu Songcan with the letter of appointment of the honorary presidents of the two schools, which was witnessed by multiple media of Shenyang and teachers and students at both schools. The participation of the two brand schools will be in favor of enrolling more school-age students, continually injecting thick cultural atmosphere for New World community, and improving the supporting educational level of the project as well as the regional competitiveness of the project region.

September 2011 New World China Land Won the Honorable Title of “China Low-Carbon Model Enterprise
September 20, New World China Land Limited won the commendation of “China Low-carbon Model Enterprise” and the honorable title of “2010-2011 China Low-carbon Model Enterprise” launched and hosted by The Economic Observer, a nationwide commercial media institution, and China Economy Research Institute. In the wake of winning “The Best Low-carbon Enterprise Lohas Award” by the Institute last year, New World China Land won the professional recognition again with its unremitting efforts, rendering itself the only Hong Kong based enterprise winner among 12 winners in and out of China.

August 2011 Central China E-Real Estate made its premiere at Wuhan Optics Valley New World
August 22, the startup ceremony of the premiere of Central China E-Real Estate -news conference of Optics Valley New World Real Estate e-commerce, was successfully held at Wuhan New' World Hotel. This cooperation marked the premiere of South China E-Real Estate’s settling in Wuhan and that Optics Valley New World E-commerce platform- a landmark project of New World China Land (Wuhan) in Optics Valley area, officially registers EJU e-commerce platform, becoming the first real estate project in Central China registering EJU e-commerce platform and thus opening a new mode of real estate marketing of Wuhan e-commerce platform.
The mode of e-commerce marketing of Optics Valley New World is the first exploration and attempt of pushing multiple channel sales modes of New World China Land (Wuhan) in Central China and the sales mode of low carbon, environmental protection, and high- tech of e-commerce happens to hold the same view with the building idea of “Science and Nature” of Optics Valley New World.

June 2011 Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower honored the “Shanghai Top 10 Landmarks of Office Buildings 2011” Award
On 30 June, the “Shanghai Top 10 Landmarks of Office Buildings 2011” Award Presentation was hosted by the chineseoffice.com.cn in Shanghai Aurora Plaza. Developers including NWCL and more than 200 practitioners of the property industry attended the ceremony, in which the Shanghai Hong Kong New World Tower developed and constructed by NWCL clinched the “Shanghai Top 10 Landmarks of Office Buildings 2011” and “Business Environment Excellence Award” among hundreds of other office buildings. Co-organized by China Real Estate Association, China Properties Management Association, Sina Commercial Real Estate and chineseoffice.com.cn, the election is based on online polls and reviews from white-collar workers.
