新世界中国地产第三次荣膺“2009中国最佳企业公民大奖”
2009年12月9日，新世界中国地产再次荣膺由全国性商业传媒机构21世纪报系旗下《21世纪经济报道》及《21世纪商业评论》发起主办的"第六届中国最佳企业公民评选”之"2009年度中国最佳企业公民大奖”，成为30家获奖的本土及跨国公司里唯一的香港企业，亦是三家获奖房地产企业之一。本届评选以"学习型企业公民”为主题进行，历经为期半年的评选。新世界中国地产华北区域总监陈子荣先生出席了在北京举办的颁奖典礼并代表企业领取奖项。颁奖仪式上，评审方高度评价新世界中国地产在持久进行多元化企业公民建设、持续改善居民与所处社区及环境的交流方式等方面的努力。

New World China Land honored with the WWF “Earth Hour” Business Participation Most Original Award
On the afternoon of April 27, 2009, the WWF "Earth Hour” business cooperation experience sharing and award-granting meeting was held in Beijing, and was attended by more than 40 enterprises, including many well-known companies as Canon, Coca Cola, and IKEA, etc. After intensive contention, New World China Land, together with other nine enterprises, stood out from the rivals and won the laurel of ""Earth Hour” Business Participation Most Original Award”. The WWF spoke highly of enterprises participating in the event, deeming these enterprises to be advanced representatives in fulfilling social responsibility and mainstay force in practicing environmental protection.
