New World Garden Phase I “Junyi Huating”, the first comprehensive real estate project invested and developed by New World China Land in Anshan of Liaoning, opened grandly on May 20, with the live-action demonstration units and landscape demonstration area being open to house buyers at the same time. This time, a total of five buildings totaling more than 700 houses would be sold, with leading house type being 2-room to 4-room products ranging from 82m2 to 230m2. All houses faced the south, with the average selling price of RMB 5,300 Yuan/m2. On the opening day, a total of over 500 customers made subscription on site. Anshan New World Garden is located in the central section of east part of Anshan Hi-tech Zone, and covers a total area of 477,000m2. New World Garden Phase I “Junyi Huating” has been in the stage offering to-be-completed houses. The project will be completed in late 2010.

On March 29, 2010, New World China Land held grand foundation stone laying ceremony for GF New World urban complex in Guangzhou-Foshan core area of Guangdong Province, which was attended by Dr. Henry Cheng, Chairman and Managing Director of New World China Land, and Mr. Deng Weigen, vice mayor of Foshan City, and several leaders of Nanhai District Government, etc. GF New World Urban Complex is the largest project of New World in the Guangzhou-Foshan Region. Covering an area of 4,500 mu and located at the intersection of Shishan and Dali groups within Dali Town, the project will have an estimated development term of 5 to 8 years. In Phase I, it plans to finish original club and sports facilities upgrade and reconstruction, and environmental remediation and support facilities construction. Moreover, the health ecological zone Phase I will also develop nearly 400,000-m2 intermediate and low-density houses, with the meeting holiday hotel development plan to be launched within the year, and the golf course sports development project plan to be put into use in the second half next year.

New World China Land has, in the wake of successful development of such real estate projects as Wuhan Changqing Garden and Xinhua Garden, etc., presented another brand new residential building, the “Changqing South Garden”, which was grandly opened on March 27. Located in the north of Hankou 3rd Ring Road and close to the Jinseyayuan Station of Subway Line 2, the project covers a total area of 170,000m2.
