New World China Land won the award of “China Best Low-Carbon Enterprise” 2010
In August 2010, New World China Land won “China Best Low-Carbon Enterprise” award jointly initiated and hosted by Economic Observer and National Research Institute of Economic Observation, and was honored with “2009-2010 China Best Low-Carbon Enterprise”. New World China Land was the only Hong Kong enterprise among the 20 award winners including both domestic and transnational corporations.

As the first authoritative low-carbon enterprise appraisal in the Chinese Mainland, this appraisal event conducts a systematic assessment on comprehensive effects of low-carbon items of enterprises’ low-carbon goals with overall indicators, and enjoys extensive credibility in the industry and media. The event aims to find best performers among enterprises in the “low-carbon” era, and provide a benchmark and reference to Chinese enterprises’ advancing to the low-carbon era. The appraisal body spoke highly of New World China Land’s concept of green building and sustainable low-carbon development, and its outstanding performance in actively applying green operation from the inside and advocating its communities and the public to practice green life, etc.

新世界中国地产第三次荣膺“2009中国最佳企业公民大奖”
2009年12月9日，新世界中国地产再次荣膺由全国性商业传媒机构21世纪报系旗下《21世纪经济报道》及《21世纪商业评论》发起主办的“第六届中国最佳企业公民评选”之“2009年度中国最佳企业公民大奖”，成为30家获奖的本土及跨国公司里唯一的香港企业，亦是三家获奖房地产企业之一。 本届评选以“学习型企业公民”为主题进行，历经为期半年的评选。新世界中国地产华北区域总监陈子荣先生出席了在北京举办的颁奖典礼并代表企业领取奖项。颁奖仪式上，评审方高度评价新世界中国地产在持久进行多元化企业公民建设、持续改善居民与所处社区及环境的交流方式等方面的努力。
