Guangzhou New World Central Park-view: an attempt on vertical greening
With the use of the vertical greening technology, a green arch, 15 meters tall and 11 meters wide, will be erected at the entrance between No. 16 and No. 17 buildings in the L13 region in Guangzhou New World Central Park-view II. As a permeable connection to soften the rigidity of buildings, the green arch symbolizes New World China Land’s attempt on vertical greening technology, which improves not only the exterior insulation of a building’s outer walls but also the greening of a community.

GF New World Urban Complex- Water Recycling System
As the New World China Land’s largest project in Guangzhou and Foshan, GF New World Urban Complex will plant more trees to preserve and improve the original habitat environment of the forestland and spinney in it.

Thanks to the water resources system design, the rain will be collected in the region and be processed through some facilities such as wetland. Under the condition that water quality is not damaged in the course of processing, the processed water will be used to irrigate areas such as a lawn and a golf course, thus reducing the use of tap water and considerably conserving natural resources. The project makes full of the altitude difference between lakes to enable the water recycling in different lakes without the use of other facilities like pumps, thus saving a great deal of energy. A wetland park will be built in the project, and will be an ecologic base integrating many functions such water quality purification and landscape education.
