New World China Land unveiled K11 ECO HOME in the community.
On July 16, the K11 ECO HOME was grandly unveiled in Beijing New World New View Garden.
The K11 ECO HOME fully highlighted the K11 environmental architecture concept advocated by K11, a completely new brand of New World Group. The ECO HOME systematically explores and analyzes the possibility of green city and green architecture by providing exhibitions and experiences. It also shows New World China Land¡¯s efforts to integrate the concept of environmental protection and low carbon in its projects across China. In the future, New World China Land will adopt the design featuring convenient transport, humanistic experience and harmony with environment in its property communities, and implement the K11 concept in its business projects, aiming to reduce the waste of energy and resources resulting from urban construction and community development.
As a public green environmental education base, the K11 ECO HOME was open to public free of charge on July 17, attracting a large number of visitors. New World China Land hopes that the ECO HOME will enable the public including its property owners to realize that architecture is a high-energy-consumption sector, that environmentally-friendly architecture and healthy communities require common efforts of builders and users, and that environmental friendly buildings do not equal expensive ones, contributing to the green and sustainable development of the architecture sector.
