Tianjin New World Volunteer Team took part in the June 26 anti-drug publicity event
On June 26, Tianjin New World Volunteer team, together with the Youth League Committee of Nankai District Tianjin, took party in the June 26 anti-drug publicity event initiated by Tianjin Municipality. 15 volunteers took advantage of public holidays to lead their families to distribute anti-drug materials, and conduct anti-drug consulting activities.

Chengdu New World Volunteer Team organized Bazhong Village Primary School to visit Chengdu
From May 28 to 29, Chengdu New World Volunteer Team, together with Chengdu New World Department Store and Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, organized 30 leftover children of the primary school in the poverty-stricken Bazhong Village to together spend the June 1 Children’s Day in Chengdu, and organized teachers and students of “U • Best Education” to hold a sodality with their counterparts of Bazhong Primary School at the marketing center of Chengdu Riverside New World.

Chengdu New World Volunteer Team held the “low carbon life” New World clothes passing activity
On May 22, New World China Land Chengdu Volunteer Team, together with Chengdu New World Department Store, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, and Chengdu Commercial Daily, held the “low carbon life—New World clothes passing activity” in the People’s Park with a view to passing love and promoting low carbon. Citizens queued up to donate or withdraw clothes on site, with a total of more than 1,000 old clothes being passed on.

Shenyang New World Volunteer Team held “Planting Today and Greening Future” tree-planting activity
On April 25, Shenyang New World Volunteer Team came to the green belt at South 2nd Ring Road in Dongling District of Shenyang, to take part in the “Planting Today and Greening Future” tree-planting activity. In the 2 hours, they succeeded in planting more than 100 poplars.

Guiyang New World Volunteer Team was active in participating water delivery to drought-hit area
In April 2010, Southwest China was hit hard by a severe drought, and New World Volunteer Team Shenyang volunteers launched the donation activity themed with “Love of New World, Care for Drought-Affected People”, calling on all employees and owners to actively participate in the relief support to the affected area. On April 19, nearly 20 volunteers personally delivered such donations as books, computers, and 5,000 bottles of mineral water, and 20 barrels of purified water to Wantang Primary School of Zongdi Town and Dalang Primary School of Guizhou Province for relieving children’s crying need of water. Meanwhile, for improving lodging conditions of students of Dalang Primary School, volunteers raised and donated RMB 2,000 Yuan to the school, hoping to do their part to help children in the drought-hit area.

"New World Volunteer Team" held nationwide commendation ceremony of the year
The 2010 nationwide commendation ceremony of "New World Volunteer Team", a New World China Land corporate volunteer organization, was held at Chengdu Riverside New World on March 27. Mr. Huang Siyuan, Director of New World China Land Chengdu, and representatives of excellent volunteers from Shenyang, Beijing, Jinan, Wuhan, Chengdu, Guiyang, and Guangzhou, as well as over 100 members of Chengdu New World Volunteer Team together witnessed the honorable moment.

At the ceremony, Mr. Huang, Director of New World China Land Chengdu, presented certificates and of honor and cups to 20 national excellent volunteers. After the ceremony, volunteers of "New World Volunteer Team" visited Tumen Village Primary School and Daba Village Primary School in Tongjiang County, Bazhong City of Sichuan Province, setting up library of love for the schools, teaching children with painting and singing courses, playing slides to let children see the outside world, and bringing complete sets of stationeries and partial arts and sports articles to children.

Chengdu New World Volunteer Team conducted voluntary tree-planting activity
On March 12, Chengdu New World Volunteer Team actively conducted the voluntary tree-planting activity themed with “Green Action, Low-Carbon Life”, and volunteers contributed their own parts to greening of the Riverside New World with concrete actions.

Canton World "V Action" kicked off the voluntary service month for the Asian Games
On February 28, the "V-style New Life—Asian Games Voluntary Service Month" held by Canton World formally kicked off. There were over 300 Asian Games volunteers and New World volunteer team members making vows to serve the Asian Games. The "V Action" started from the Canton World will last for a month, and there will be nearly 10,000 volunteers participating in during that period of time, with millions of service cars, taxies, buses, and private cars to be stuck with "V Label" to carry on the passion of the Asian Games.

Shenyang New World Volunteer Team went to “Mom Yan Love Home” to condole orphan and disabled children
On February 27, 14 members of Shenyang New World Volunteer Team went to Mom Yan Love Home” at East Binhe Road of Shenyang City to conduct the orphan and disabled children condoling activity themed with “Hands in Hands, Building Love Home”.

Learning the touching story that Mom Yan has adopted nearly 50 orphans in the past 15 years, members of New World Volunteer Team went to Mom Yan Love Home specially on the Lantern Festival, not only bringing such foodstuffs as rich dumplings, fine dried noodles, milk, and biscuits, etc., but also handing over such donations as study supplies, toys, books, and clothes, etc. to children there.

Chengdu New World Volunteer Team visited Bazhong village primary schools
From Jan. 16 to 17, the Chengdu New World Volunteer Team of 10 persons went to Huaxi Town, Tongjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, brining winter articles, stationary supplies, and love cards to 5 village primary schools in Huaxi Town. Fore preparing such Bazhong trip, the Team actively donated winter clothes for the schools as early as in December 2009, and hundreds of winter articles had been received till January 15.
